Base range: 70.000-85.000 GBP

1st year achievable OTE: 130.000 GBP

We offer global enterprise Marketeers (A-list brands) such as there are; T-Mobile, Vodafone, Deutsche Telecom, American Express, N26
(Digital Bank), with a unique -inhouse- build- software platform with more than
200 data touch points for them to be able to (1) measure & (2) validate &
(3) predict outcome & successes of their marketing budget spent &
impacts.

We are financially very healthy, successful by winning more & more deals from larger competitors, and with the ambition to double the size of the company in the next 1 or 2 years!

We re scaling fast in the Benelux, VK, DACH region, and the rest of Europe. That s why we are looking for a highly ambitious Sales Director/Country Manager UK to join our growing EU region sales team, currently existing out of 4 Account Executives (Jr.-Sr.), and 2 Business Development Representatives, overall managed by the Head of Sales, based out of Amsterdam.

It s essential that you bring experience in (SaaS Mar-tech) solutions selling in the
Ad-tech and/or Media agency/company industry. You also need to have an active network on the c-level.

We will set you up for success by providing you with all the necessary Marketing
& Lead generation, but not limited to, red, support to set you up for success!

Tasks

The role in a nutshell:

Our growing team is looking for a Sales Director/Country Manager UK) for the UK and Ireland region based in Greater London! You are end responsible for a target to close a set number of deals in the UK and Ireland region, making sure to create opportunities by doing business development,
nurturing and pushing deals to the next phases, and most important close deals!

We are aware that we aspect a lot from you, therefore it is only fair that we will set you up for success, by way of the support of our internal (Product) Marketing team, quality inbound leads, performance paid media, sales training, bi-weekly product update sessions, weekly blogs inputs, and regular events visits, but not limited to. You will report to the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Help expand our client portfolio in the United Kingdom and Ireland
  • Contact leads through cold outreaches (calls and emails)
  • Set up first meetings with qualified leads (SQLs)
  • Qualify inbound marketing leads in your focus regions
  • Visit marketing-related events for networking and generating leads
  • Identify in each sales process the pain points of the prospect
  • Match the pain points with the Value Proposition of our Platform
  • Pitch the solution to potential clients
  • Design the solution offer and pricing that fits clients needs
  • Bring your opportunities further in the sales funnel
  • Closing deals; know what it takes to close (ABC)
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Report to the Sales Director in your region (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
  • Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Requirements

  • +4 years of experience in the field of Media- or Marketing Technology
  • Closed deals from A - Z with an ARR of >EUR 50.000
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (Calling, social selling, networking)
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Experience and talented to coach and manage sales professionals
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas / targets
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Excellentcommunication and presentation skills
  • Dedicated and disciplined in your way of working
  • A true self starter and entreprenuerial mindset!
