Our client is an internationally known Norwegian manufacturer of prams and baby furniture, with products sold in over 50 countries and a reputation for innovative designs in the children's furniture sector. Over the years, our client has manufactured and designed a wide range of furniture, paying particular attention to ergonomics , uniqueness, and functionality. They are currently looking for a Nordics Customer Service Team Leader (m/f/d) for their Sindelfingen office.
Tasks
- Managing a group of customer service representatives in supporting the retailer and consumer business in Scandinavia
- Taking care of the pre- and post-sales matters on the company website and in the marketplace context
- Recruiting team members and developing their know-how
- Coaching and supporting the team aiming to achieve the best performance
- Collaborating with external CS outsourcing partners
- In charge of case handling times, availability, Customer Service Satisfaction (NPS) and their development
Requirements
- Fluency in English (C1) and Danish (C1) is mandatory. Additional languages such as Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian are considered a plus
- Commercial education (equivalent to bachelor's degree, BBA etc.)
- Few years of experience in a customer service role
- Ability to understand and support B2B and B2C side with consumer support channels and methodologies
- Strong communication skills and service mentality
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and in a multicultural environment
