Privacy Expert (f/m/d)

Your Tasks:

As a Privacy Expert in our data protection team, you will play a key role in managing, operating and further developing the IONOS data protection management system. You will be the contact person for data protection issues, and will advise and coordinate procedural audits and data protection impact assessments. In addition, you will assume the role of data protection coordinator for the Finance and HR areas.y/p>

You will develop your professional qualifications in a field that has a high and ever-increasing relevance today.

• You are the contact person and advisor for the data protection coordinators and specialist departments on all data protection issues.
• You coordinate and promote cooperation as well as projects in the data protection area. You will also develop processes for implementing the GSDVO.
• You create and review data protection contracts and data protection procedures and advise on data protection-compliant design.
• You conduct internal audits and organize and accompany internal and external data protection audits and certifications.
• You review complaints and communicate with the supervisory authorities.

We Appreciate:

You have a degree, ideally in a technical or legal field (e.g. information technology, business law, law). As a career changer with specialized training in the data protection environment and relevant professional experience (3 years), you are also welcome.

• You are motivated to familiarize yourself with new areas in a structured manner and to develop further in an important interface function in the company.
• You act proactively, self-organized and independently, communicate professionally at all hierarchical levels and always maintain an overview even in complex and time-critical situations.
• You have a good understanding of business contexts as well as information security.You also have strong organizational and coordination skills and are a team player.
• Sie kennen sich aus in DSGVO, BDSG und weiteren Datenschutzgesetzen und haben Erfahrung bei deren Umsetzung im Unternehmen.
• Sehr gute MS Office- oder G-Suite Kenntnisse sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Reisebereitschaft setzen wir voraus.
