Finance & Accounting Working Student (m/f/x)

Tasks

What you will be building with us:

• Support us in daily accounting as well as the monthly closing of accounts (in close cooperation with our international tax advisors) and take ownership in one of the first roles in the area of Accounting & Finance in our team.
• You will also play a supporting role in optimizing the organization, processes and systems in the finance area and contribute to identifying opportunities & risks as well as strengths and weaknesses.
• Support the team in further development of the accounting, controlling and management system.
• You support liquidity management (Corporate Treasury)

Requirements

What you add to our team:

• You are currently enrolled in the field of finance and accounting, business administration, corporate management or a comparable field of study.
• You have majored in one of the following areas during your studies: Accounting, Controlling, Corporate Treasury or comparable
• Mentaining discretion with regard to financial, compensation and investor relations information of the company
• Taking on projects and challenges, paying attention to details and deadlines
• Located/ live in Berlin or surrounding areas
• You are available several days a week for a total of 20 hours per week.
• Coordinate with various departments and management as well as external consultants, auditors and investors
• Confident handling of MS Office (esp. Excel, PowerPoint) or G-Suite (Sheets, Slides)
• First relevant work experience and interest in finance-oriented processes and systemsis are a big plus
• Business fluency German and English skills are a prerequisite
