Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your Mission

• Set and implement standards and strategy for project management at ubitricity
• Design and implementation of standard project management methodology at ubitricity
• Development of project metrics and standard project reporting
• Organizing project resource management
• Project and Programm Management
• Develop and manage E2E project delivery plans with clear project scope and deliverables
• Drive forward the delivery of projects in operations, product development on-time and in-budget
• Keeping track of project plans, budget, quality standards, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple projects and departments
• Facilitate meetings with internal and external project stakeholders
• On-going project reporting towards the management team

Your profile

• Masters or Bachelor Degree
• Experience in project management and program management respectively multi-project management
• Proven ability of successfully managing and delivering multiple projects
• Strong planning and organizing skills, ability to see keep the big picture in focus while driving the individual workstreams
• Strong, professional communication skills and ability to report progress to leadership teams using appropriate level of detail
• Searching for solutions instead of obstacles
• Experience in effective management of budgets and timelines and competing priorities
• Strong knowledge in MS Office, Project Management Software
• Fluent in English, German or other languages are a plus
