Job Description

We are looking for a German Speaking Sales Manager to work for a successful growing global company with offices across 21 countries.

This role has become available due to expansion in a global service company headquartered in England.

ROLE STATEMENT
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a sales team for the German region and contributing to the Sales strategy.

You will also work closely with other C-level employees split all over Europe.

Tasks

Recruiting and retaining a Sales team (inbound & outbound) dedicated to offer services to B2B clients.
Working amongst the team, assisting the experts in attaining new business, managing existing portfolios, increasing revenue and retaining and developing robust customer relationships through cross-selling.
A proactive approach to assisting and driving your team to reach KPI s and targets consistently following up on appropriate business leads and actively leading from the front and selling our products where necessary.
Motivating the team to display a winning attitude and in turn consistently exceed sales targets
Conducting, documenting and following up on regular performance reviews with your team
Conducting team meetings daily in line with the needs of the business, to maximise sales results and returns
Delivering performance improvement where required to quickly alleviate under performance
Delivering and displaying best practices and an excellence in customer care
Dealing with customer escalations and ensuring prompt resolution
Improve the current process and implement improvements where possible

Requirements

Experience in a Team Manager role, in a B2B sales department
Experience in a call centre / telesales environment, managing inbound and outbound sales.
You need to be able to negotiate in German and English. C2 or native German as a minimum
Strong motivation to achieve the objectives set
Excellent negotiation skills
Flexibility, initiative and ability to steer towards new and effective business strategies
Analytical skills and familiarity with modern IT tools
Skilfully able to display sales targets and results
Manage own workload effectively and support your line manager where necessary
Strong team building skills and an ability to build effective relationships with customers.

Enthusiastic self-starter, driven by the intent to succeed and achieve company goals
