Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- You will have complete responsibility forthe restaurant, including quality, cost controls, staffing, and customer satisfaction.You will beexpected to run it like you own it.
- You must be able to build a strong team.
- The ideal candidate is a GM from a well-operated, scratch kitchen fast-casual brand. A strong AGM will also be considered.
- To be successful, you should embrace a healthy lifestyle,thrivewith systems and structure, adhere to standards, have excellent interpersonal skills with guests and team members, develop and lead your team, and have good BOH knowledge and capabilities. You arehands-on in all areas, are ServSafe Certified, and are a driven, upbeat, energetic, and enthusiastic leader.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Restaurant General Manager Compensation:
- Base salary in the $69,000 to $75,000 range.
- Quarterly bonus. The most achievable part of the bonus is $5-10K per year, paid quarterly. The bonus is paid company-wide, regardless of how an individual store does, and is based on sales, COGS, and labor.
- Shared cost of health, dental, and vision packages at various levels.
- Three weeks paid vacation.
