Position Name:[Application Operation] Operation/Improvement (G2)

Responsibilities:

• Management and operation of infrastructure using both cloud and on-premises environment
• Building and operation of monitoring environment for failure detection and capacity planning
• Operation of the global platform in conjunction with overseas teams
• Promotion of work as a member of the team.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of IT system life cycle and manufacturing
• Development experience using automation languages and scripts
• Linux OS environment construction and operation experience
• Windows IIS Server environment, network construction Experience
• Over 3 years of continuous service operation experience
• Conversation in business-level Japanese and English (TOIEC 600 points or higher), ability to read and write e-mails and documents.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mobile application, website development, troubleshooting experience
• CI/CD tool environment construction and operation experience using CircleCI/GitHub Actions
• L2/L3 switch design and construction experience
• Knowledge of distributed environments such as AKAMAI
• Knowledge about container orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and Rancher Knowledge aboutservices such as ServiceNow, ElasticAPM, Prometheus, Grafana, SolarWinds, Database, CDN, BrowserStack, Selenium
• ITIL Foundation
• MCP
• LPIC1-3
