Partners relationship management:
- Manages the partners onboarding process.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
- Comprehend the needs of partners & recommending solutions.
- Monitor partners transactions & volume.
- Manage the financial settlements, contract renewals, offer & promo creations.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partners & Resal needs and objectives.
Business growth:
- Overseeing account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Upsells and Cross Sell other Technical Solutions provided by Resal s ECO System.
- Collaborating with internal team members to improve customer value.
- Initiate business through regular market calls/visits.
- Meet or exceed Resal stated targets and Company Goals.
Key internal working relationship:
- Working closely with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Engineering.
Requirements
- Degree qualification preferably in Business administration, marketing.
- 3 years proven experience in customer account management with successful opportunities initiated, processed and closed.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as verbal and written communications skills.
- Fundamental technical knowledge.
