Job Description

Introduction:

Leadbreakers is a growing lead generation agency specializing in helping our clients in the debt relief industry connect with their dream customers. Our business delivers results for clients by generating customers via our brand Debt Debbie, where we manage paid traffic campaigns to support our clients with their customer acquisition aspirations.

About the role:

We are looking for an exceptional media buyer with experience with lead generation via Facebook in the debt relief industry. This role is for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves when a challenge is presented, enjoys being a proactive problem solver, and is a natural team player that s up for new challenges. This is not your typical 9-5 job, with hours that will naturally fluctuate as any experienced media buyer will know. You will be working directly with the founder for this role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success of our Facebook advertising campaigns for our Debt Debbie brand by generating high-quality leads and amp; calls all while maintaining a superior ROAS.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the team daily to ensure our business meets its goals
  • Researching industry trends and keeping our advertising strategies at the top of the industry
  • Reporting KPIs to the founder at our weekly/monthly team meetings
  • Maintaining the ad approval process by using the ad approval worksheet for any new ads you plan to create in your social campaigns
  • Creating and implementing well-structured ad campaigns using Facebook Business Manager to advertise our content and lead gen landing pages that result in an increase in leads and calls each month
  • Meeting our daily lead and call delivery targets
  • Monitoring social campaigns regularly to ensure a positive return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Optimizing the performance of all campaigns at least twice per week while tracking and logging before and after results using our dedicated spreadsheet
  • Organizing all campaigns to follow our internal naming conventions
  • Ensuring UTM parameters and all relevant tracking is implemented and functioning for all campaigns at all times
  • Creating and maintaining a log/journal of the optimizations you ve implemented with corresponding results
  • Moderating comments on all Facebook ads, responding to daily comments and addressing/removing any comments that are leaving negative remarks on our brand
  • Reporting your daily metrics on the company Marketing Metrics Spreadsheet

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

The above line items will track your position results for each quarter. The following are the important KPI s that we ll use to identify the success of your position on a weekly basis, which you will need to track for quick reference:

1. The number of leads and calls delivered

2. Final conversions of sales for leads delivered (to track lead quality)

3. Average debt amount of leads/calls delivered

4. Cost per lead

5. Cost per call

6. ROAS

Other areas that would be helpful to contribute towards:

  • Market research: building empathy maps, conducting market research for industries, competitor research
  • Updating/strengthening SOPs
  • LinkedIn marketing: blog creation, social media marketing, increasing Leadbreakers visibility within the business community

Requirements:

Having a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn is an absolute must for success in this role. Besides having the requirements outlined below, the willingness to learn and grow to take on greater responsibilities is encouraged and we will support you to achieve your career aspirations as well.

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of lead generation experience (in either pay-per-lead or pay-per-call models; ideally both)
  • A proven track record that you are able to generate successful leads/calls with a positive ROAS
  • Ability to work within a 9AM to 7PM EST timezone schedule
  • The ability to analytically assess campaign data to drive day-to-day media buying decisions
  • Highly organized with the ability to map out and follow processes to achieve business targets and maintain internal processes and standards
  • Willingness to compile daily campaign metrics on Google Sheets to track individual campaign performance across all regions
  • Ability to create compelling ad copy that is both relevant and drives engagement
  • Ability to use Canva to design creatives that are engaging and relevant to our audiences
  • Ability to conduct research to create compelling ads that engage our ideal customers effectively
  • Experience using Facebook Business Manager to run and maintain campaigns
  • Experiencing using Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of best practices in lead generation and ways to improve internal processes

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in conducting market research, building customer empathy maps, and customer avatars
  • Experience running campaigns in other ad networks
  • Content creation experience (ex. Video, blog posts, etc.)
