You will be updated with latest job alerts via email1.In compliance with the WHO rules and regulation, based on a comprehensive forecast of the supply needs, prepare a supply plan to ensure timely procurement of quality and adequate supplies, equipment and consumables.
2.Review the current office supply/procurement/logistics practices,including the development of options to improve efficiency and utilization of Long -Term Agreements and ensure appropriate processes and systems are in place to provide efficient operations (e.g. customs clearance, transport requests, receipt and dispatch) of goods. Identify logistics bottlenecks and work on addressing them.
3.Track the implementation rates and budget levels of the supply/logistics component and report findings to project managers.
4.Prepare regular technical briefings, reports or information notes which capture the updated situation of the Supply chain, procurements and other logistical issues in order to facilitate strategic decision making by senior officers.
