Job Description
- Models behavior that promotes a positive organizational climate
- Assists in the implementation of maintenance and operations and energy conservation initiatives
- Assists in advancing the mission, vision, goals, and strategic plan for the district
- Provides effective and service-oriented communication with staff and school personnel
- Provides support to HVAC Supervisor and Facilities Leadership to address departmental functions
- Provide support to campuses to address facility maintenance and operations
- Manages and maintains departmental information
- Troubleshoots mechanical and automation problems
- Authorizes repairs to make building automation systems more effective
- Generates departmental reports
- Assists in organizing meetings
- Additional responsibilities, as needed, to advance the maintenance and operations programs
