Job Description

This is a remote position.

Their telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states.


Job Summary:

OpenLoop is looking for an Operations Managerto join their team in Manila, Philippines. This role will be a member of the Operations Team.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily duties of Philippines team
  • Develop training for new hires and existing employees
  • Ensure successful transitions to new systems
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, coordinating with the US team
  • Own managerial tasks such as team engagement, employee relations, and professional development
  • Assist with execution of full cycle recruiting between the US and Philippines teams
  • Lead, under supervision of US team, collaboration on new strategies and/or process improvements to better the team s performance
  • Create and maintain documentation of processes
  • Collaborate closely with all teams to report on metrics
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders of all levels
  • Ensure that team metrics are up to standards and make improvements where needed
  • Foster a culture that aligns with OpenLoop s mission and values
  • Communicate efficiently with vendors and clients when appropriate
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements


  • Fluency in written and spoken English required
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations management required
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to learn new systems easily
  • Healthcare/tech start-up experience preferred
  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  • Must be able to work from 10PM-7AM
  • Must be amenable to working in-office 4x a week
