Job Summary:
OpenLoop is looking for an Operations Managerto join their team in Manila, Philippines. This role will be a member of the Operations Team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily duties of Philippines team
- Develop training for new hires and existing employees
- Ensure successful transitions to new systems
- Assist with new hire onboarding, coordinating with the US team
- Own managerial tasks such as team engagement, employee relations, and professional development
- Assist with execution of full cycle recruiting between the US and Philippines teams
- Lead, under supervision of US team, collaboration on new strategies and/or process improvements to better the team s performance
- Create and maintain documentation of processes
- Collaborate closely with all teams to report on metrics
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders of all levels
- Ensure that team metrics are up to standards and make improvements where needed
- Foster a culture that aligns with OpenLoop s mission and values
- Communicate efficiently with vendors and clients when appropriate
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English required
- At least 3 years of experience in operations management required
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to learn new systems easily
- Healthcare/tech start-up experience preferred
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work from 10PM-7AM
- Must be amenable to working in-office 4x a week
