Job Description
Student Development officer needed in an International School in Kolkata.
Support in Career Counseling and Examination department.
Education: Masters in any discipline.
Preference to those who has worked in Schools with International Curriculum. Should be able to join in early Jan23.
Job Details
Counseling
Counseling Grades VI and VII on Profile Building (ECA, Community Service Projects) and holistic admission.
Helping students develop their portfolio.
Maintaining a database of each student s skills, strengths, activities and areas of interest
Profile Building
Community Service Projects for Grades VIII to X
Internships for Grade XI and XII
Advising on ECA and Club choices
Clubs
Participation in research programs and various competitions Club
Regular monitoring of clubs and Advising students on use of clubs to build profiles
Examinations -
Olympiads
PSAT Exams Seating arrangements
CAIE Exams Arrangement of Venues and Planning
Essays
Ideation and Editing sessions with students
