Job Description
Job responsibilities
1. Daily update on site efficiency and identify any deviation in site performance
2. Perform a detail analysis to identify the potential root cause of the deviation
3. Devise a plan and then carry it out the plan on site to rectify the deviation in efficiency
4. Prepare a monthly report on existing sites and highlight the deviation and the actions plan that have implemented to rectify the issues.
5. Prepare scope of works based on tender/customer specifications and liaising with contractor for quotation.
6. Perform equipment selection based on tender/customer specifications and liaising with supplier for quotation.
7. Assist central maintenance team for adhoc site maintenance works
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical or Equivalent
Electrical or Mechanical troubleshooting experience
Good HVAC knowledge of chiller plant, air side equipment
PLC and Controls related knowledge and troubleshooting
Good communication skills - spoken and written)
Good analytics skills
Good hands-on skills with MS Office (good excel macro skills or experience with data analytics tools)
