This is a remote position.
Established company specializing in Machine Control and Surveying is seeking a Machine Control Territory Sales Representativeto work remotely in their South Carolina region!
Responsibilities:
- Grow technology product sales in assigned region
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Track/manage key projects in region from bid stage through order close
- Territory management
- Serve as trusted partner to customers by representing all new and existing product lines
- Be the first to market customers with new technology to improve their business
- Maintain database with customer lists and quotes
- May work with company owners, managers, and field personnel
- Organize, plan, and conduct customer events
- Assist with marketing ideas/programs
- Provide sales forecasts, analysis and territory administration
Requirements:
- B.A. or B.S. from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of successful field territory sales experience in a business-to-businesses sales environment or 8+ years of field experience
- Working knowledge of construction, surveying and/or engineering industries
- Experience using Word, Outlook Excel, and CRM software
- Experience in pricing, distribution cost drivers, and margin analysis
- Construction application/technical knowledge preferred
- Requires travel, including overnight, within the state territory
