Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a relate field.
- 10+ years of proven experience as an Alumni Director, Career Center Director, Recruitment Director or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Superior interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Budget management experience.
- Strong people skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
