Environmental Team Leader

Multidisciplinary designfirm is seeking a Environmental Team Leaderto join their Tulsa, Oklahoma team!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall financial performance, leadership, team management and overall project
  
• Assist with long and short-term strategic planning, annual business planning and on-going business development
  
• Lead business development efforts
  
• Recruit team members and provide professional development opportunities
  
• Meet expectations for team and financial performance
  
• Provide high quality customer service
  
• Manage multiple projects and assist team with project management duties
  

Responsibilities:

• B.S. or M.S. degree in environmental engineering or the earth sciences
  
• 8+ years of progressive experience in the environmental consulting industry
  
• 4+ years of experience in recruiting and supervising team members
  
• 4+ years of project management experience
  
• Experience performing senior-level management responsibilities
  
• Knowledge of project/team financials (project earnings, salary distributions, indirect/direct cost analysis, overall team profit & loss)
  
• Client Management experience
