Job Description

Your mission

  • Prospecting, guiding and closing potential customers you have a proven track record of developing and closing your own opportunities.
  • Nurturing, maintaining and planning your pipeline you are a CRM rockstar. Every piece of info is valuable for you. You keep your accounts up to date.
  • Experienced in taking full responsibility of the entire sales cycle, as well as the ability to reshape and improve the current sales processes and U.S. sales strategy.
  • Learning new technology comes easy to you.
  • Coaching and guiding your fellow sales peers you are growing into a team lead role and can motivate less experienced colleagues.

  • Customer advocate you will gain insight into customers' processes, equipment use cases, as well as their business goals. Communicate the customers' needs to your colleagues from Product Management, Customer Success and Engineering.

You will...

  • define and manage the customer landscape for the U.S. in close alignment with the global sales strategy.
  • coach, empower and guide junior sales representatives.
  • spearhead the future U.S. Wandelbots sales strategy and priorities
  • track and report on our sales goals.
  • identify competitors, test and evaluate them, and prepare content for customer-facing units
  • connect regularly with our customers and be their main point of contact.
  • run hands-on demos for customers and partners.

Your profile

  • You have 5+ years of experience in sales (B2B SaaS) and project management, ideally in the international industrial and/or automation, robotics, software and/or manufacturing industry.
  • You have 3+ experience leading cross-functional, sales or project teams.
  • You have experience in direct and indirect sales (through partners and integrators)
  • You have a strong understanding of customer and market requirements as well as negotiation and communication skills.
  • You are confident in using CRM and you have a high level of expertise in negotiating complex contracts.
  • You are highly customer service oriented as well as a strategic thinker.
  • You have experience in the robotics or automation industry (preferred, not madatory).
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus.
  • You are physically located in the United States (mandatory).
