YOUR MISSION

Analyze contracts and identify risk exposure of MakerVerse

• Setup and administration of MakerVerse's contract database
• Analyze and track conformity of T&Cs with suppliers and customers
• Create overview of risks / mitigation measures from current accepted T&Cs
• Prepare negotiations and work directly with CFO of MakerVerse
• Prepare legal decision making to improve current T&Cs and reduce risks of MakerVerse

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

You are currently studying a degree in law (any type of law, specializations in corporate/labour/regulatory law are a plus)

• You have first professional or entrepreneurial experience in a legal area or at least knowledge of handling legal documents
• You are a team-player and have the ability to collaborate successfully on a common vision
• You have an intrinsic motivation to learn and willingness to take on various tasks inside and outside your field of expertise
• At least fluent language skills, both written and oral in German and English
