Head of Operations (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Head of Operations to start as soon as possible. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of all operational processes. You will deal with people, products, and processes, from concept to design.

Your talent and determination to operationalize our commercial strategy will drive Convex Energy s evolution and growth. Communicating with stakeholders across all functions, you will be at the centre of all cross-departmental projects of strategic importance.

Tasks

• Set priorities of projects, processes, resources, and capabilities needed for growing our company
• Design, develop, implement, and monitor our business processes
• Connect stakeholders before, during, and after operational procedures are put in place
• Coordinate across business units and functions on- and offsite, internal and external
• Oversee compliance with regulations

Requirements

• You have between 3-6 years of experience in a cross-departmental role
• Your personality is persistent and goal-oriented
• You will work on-site in Berlin
• Fluent business English is required, German language skills are a plus
• Experience in the energy sector is beneficial
