Portfolio Manager (gn)

Your mission

• You create, maintain and expand our robot-agnostic platform, our portfolio including pricing and the roadmap of marketing across all channels based on our technical development.
• You will collaborate actively with the product management of the individual domains and work on the alignment of product and portfolio roadmaps.
• You will discuss details with product management and generalize them.
• You will propose adjustments to individual roadmaps and work with the product managements on changes.
• You manage the external positioning of the Wandelbots portfolio and keep an eye on the industry for relevant topics and new ideas.
• You are process owner for the product strategy (What? When?) and support the key stakeholders, especially the product owners in product development.
• You are responsible for the development and management of the international go-to-market strategy and market analysis.
• You will support educating internals (and externals) and support creating content and education materials.
• You support the acquisition of relevant leads and new customers via content strategies online as well as offline on networks, trade shows and events.
• You position our platform in a targeted and visible way for the industry and take further relevant actions in collaboration with technical colleagues inside and outside the company to generate traffic, conversion and leads for us and optimize our marketing funnel.

Your profile

• You have a degree in engineering or business and an interdisciplinary technical understanding.
• You have 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience in the automation, robotics, software and/or manufacturing industry, ideally in marketing a complex technical portfolio.
• In addition to your startup experience, you are software and startup savvy. Common SaaS metrics are familiar to you and you see them as the future of the industry.
• You recognize the complexity between OT and IT applications and know how to skill-fully understand, structure and leverage this in your work.
• Ideally, you have gained initial leadership experience with interns and/or working students and are adept at motivating people and being able to pass on your knowledge in a comprehensible way.
• You have a data-driven growth mindset and quickly learn new concepts and technologies.
• You ask the right questions and draw structured conclusions, present them, and implement the solutions.
• You are a strong communicator and transparency is key for you.
• You translate strategy into doing.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English and German.
