Collect, Organize and Maintain all the MC Documentation.
Coordinate the MC process ensuring its smooth execution.
Ensure that resources from each discipline of the various engineering departments are allocated and properly involved to support the various MC activities.
Management of the interfaces with other Contractor departments (engineering, QC, Production, PPCO, Procurement, Installation, etc.), Company, Other Contractors, Vendors, Certifying Authority.
Preparation of all instructions, procedures, manuals, lists and technical supports necessary for the proper execution of the MC activities.
Mobilization and follow-up of the vendors representatives as necessary for the proper execution of the MC activities.
Promote safety and quality to all personnel within his/her organization.
Ensure installation and availability of the proper tracking system (DACS -CMS) as well as necessary training sessions for MC, Construction personnel (Company, Contractor) and Company Commissioning Team when required.
Ensure that the tracking system is maintained updated.
Liaises with Construction team(s) to evaluate the progress of construction activities with regards to the overall planning.
Follow-up of the execution of the MC activities and issue the relevant progress reports by subsystem wise and keep updated the subsystems skyline with reference to the schedule MC targets.
Manage and close out the Punch Lists.
Notify Company for the Sub-system Discipline Walk down once the works relevant to that Discipline in the Subsystem have reached a substantial degree of completion.
Preparing the MC certificate (partial or full).
Transmit to Company for acceptance the MC Dossier once all the certificates have been reviewed and signed by all Contractor relevant parties.
Full Time
