Job Description
Our client is a market leader in providing Issuing solutions. Their services encompass food, facilities management and workplace & technical management services. We also provide Benefits and Rewards, Personal and Home Services. They have more than 400.000 employees who deliver these services in more than 50 countries around the world.
As a Project Manager, your mission will cover the following responsibilities:
Project and Operations management:
- Support the European countries and Areas in their local initiatives, implementing new offers andsolutions taking into account local markets needs and in coordination with the Payment Solutions & Innovation (which is in charge of deploying solutions with the countries) and PCC Asset Owners.
- Scope of projects: new programs, new products, new countries, major and minor change requests, regulatory, compliance and Scheme projects
- End-to-end project management, including coordination of all countries teams, and external partners.
- Setting up, coordinating and providing day-to-day support to all project workstreams: technology & operations, legal, finance and compliance
- Development and implementation of new processes
- Contribute to the reflections of the issuing assets evolutions
- Work closely with the Payment Solutions & Innovation team to initiate the projects with all countries that our client has presence
Relationship management:
- As major point of contact with Countries from Schemes perspectives, build andmaintain long-lasting relationship with project teams in countries
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Punctual international travels to visit our clients subsidiaries and business partners
Requirements
We are looking for someone who has
- Technology or business master s degree
- 5 to 7 years experience with successful track record of managing projects in an internationalenvironment and proven work as an Account Manager or relevant role
- Experience in card and payment operations and the card payments value chain is a must.
- Compliance & regulations implementation will be a plus.
- Attention to details, process oriented
- Excellent listening, communication and presentation abilities
- Proactive and initiative minded
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong organizational skills, rigorous approach
- Fluent in English both written and spoken is a must. French, Spanish and any other language will be a plus
- Less than 10% business travel
