Tasks

What the role involves:

• Creating and executing the brand s social strategy
• Managing the company s social media accounts day-to-day
• Generating campaign ideas with ease
• Reporting and analyzing performance data to gauge the success of campaigns and generate ideas
• Understanding the overall concept of Steady, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
• Engaging with customers or clients and providing service or helping with getting help

Requirements

Ideally you

• Are in your 3rd or 4th year of college graduate program or beyond
• Have gained some experience in social media (prior industry experience is preferred)
• You fluently use platforms like Instagram, Twitter, TikTok
• Have a creative mind to produce impactful and engaging content combined with an ability to organise, plan and execute
• Engage and communicate easily with audiences in an online environment, having the customer experience as the main focus
• Value professionalism, learning and open communication
• Speak German as good as native and are fluent in English
