We are looking to appoint an experienced Change Management Expert to join our team,whowill makethe collective effort of identifying an organizational change, come up with a plan of attack, and then implementing that plan step by step. By creating change management strategies, a Change Management Experts can either minimize losses or maximize long-term gains.

To be the perfect fit forDITAGILas a Change Management Expert, you need to have a strong understanding of how to prepare, implement, and execute organizational change,and alsodevelop measurements of success, and take into account risk mitigation strategies.
