Employee must have the skill and knowledge to perform in all of the general functions of the Assembly Mechanic listed below:
Requirements:
WORKERS MUST BE ABLE TO START ASAP!
Workers must be able to work any shift needed.
5+years of experience (A&P license is not a requirement)
Looking for composite Mechanic Contractors to do rework.
Must be able to pass the Plate Test
Experience working on composite aircraft is required
This is for 787 line. Must provide a copy of the job description to your resource/s.
Pay and per diem only, for those who qualify for per diem.
Plate Test:
1 - Paper test
2- Section is for them to set their countersink depth. “Practice”
3- Install three fastener. – 1)Hi-Lite, 1) Countersunk Hi-Lite, and 1) Countersunk Rivet. They have 1hour to complete this.
If they go straight to do this and they get it wrong, without adjusting their countersink depth, then they fail the test.
