Deputy Chief Technology Officer (Deputy CTO)

• Develop technical aspects of the company s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
  
• Discover and implement latest technologies game industry trends that yield competitive advantage
  
• Ensure the efficient, secure, and financially responsible use of technologies for company and customers
  
• Build and implement appropriate technical standards and processes for operations and development
  
• Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions
  
• Evaluate and select platforms, tools, partnerships, vendors, and solutions to meet our company and product needs
  
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
  
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes
  
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
  
• Communicate technology strategy to partners
  

Requirements

• BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferred
  
• Proven experience as similar managerial role
  
• Experience inProduct/User/Security is an advantage
  
• Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
  
• Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation
  
• Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations
  
• Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  
• A strong strategic and business mindset
  
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
