Pay: $17.50-$18hr.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4PM

Job Description:

Primary duties include operating equipment and completing job requirements to produce high quality paint products. These duties will involve several areas including:  Following batch formula instructions, Measuring and weighing raw materials, Metering solvents and resins, Lifting, cutting & emptying 50 lb. bags, operate mixing & milling equipment, Housekeeping duties, and various duties as assigned.

This position will offer the individual satisfaction of producing a quality, finished product. The ideal candidate will be able to safely work without constant supervision, will be a self-starter, work as part of a team, and be flexible to perform duties assigned to them. Basic math aptitude, good organizational skills, and attention to detail are necessary.

This position is safety sensitive with Steel toed boots being a requirement. Must be dependable and have reliable transportation with the ability to work overtime as needed.
