Experience: 3-5 Years experience in building maintenance.

Job Description:

1- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety policy & rules, operating and

maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, write routine reports and correspondence.

2- Assess and perform maintenance and repairs in the areas of plumbing (wash basin, water heater, mixer tap, water pipe, hoses & showers), electrical (light electrical work),

carpentry (repair & assemble furniture), painting and civil work.

3- Knowledge of fabrication work Like ARC welding, grinding, drilling & cutting work.

4- Knowledge of the lifelines system on the roof, repair access, ventilators, monkey ladder, stairs, platforms, doors, shutter doors.

5- Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program on required equipment.

6- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, ability to work well with others. Ability to work as part of a team.

7- Knowledgeable safe use for power tools and shop tools.

8- Participates in safety/emergency training programs provided by management.

9- Knowledge of SAP, work order creation and booking of required material for work.

10- Knowledge of man lift and PPT operation, usage of scaffoldings.

Qualification:
- Mechanical Engineer in B.E
- Mechanical Engineer in Diploma
- ITI

Gender: Male

Salary : 90 k - 1.5L / month

Quota: Worker Visa
