Audible’s Talent team supports the employees, managers and the company overall through distinctive and focused talent management and performance management programs and processes. The Talent Management Specialist will serve as a key member of the Talent Management & Career Experience Team, specifically supporting globally led talent programs and processes. Among these are performance management, talent reviews, promotions, succession planning and career development. A successful candidate will be equally committed to the operational success of these programs as well as the experience of the stakeholders involved.
Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively to develop, implement and maintain talent management and performance management initiatives, projects and processes
Maintain and support Workday talent management and performance management processes and configurations
Partner with the People Analytics and HR Operations team to maintain and generate talent management and performance management reports from Workday
Create a positive user experience for leaders, managers and employees engaging in talent and performance management processes
Track, troubleshoot and resolve issues communicated by stakeholders via trouble tickets
Support and coordinate communications and education related to talent management and performance management programs
Create, manage and maintain resources that support talent management processes - e.g. job aids, tip sheets, resource guides, career maps, workday processes
Contribute toward design and maintenance of internal portal content related to Talent Management and performance management programs
Basic Qualification
Bachelor degree or related experience supporting talent and/or performance management in a corporate setting
Minimum of 3 years administrative experience working with the Workday talent management and/or performance management applications, specifically administering and supporting business processes and reports
Demonstrated success in consulting and supporting business leaders, employees and HR colleagues
Experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders and quick deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to learn and quickly apply new concepts and technology
Technological proficiency - Excel (vlookups, pivot tables), Word, PowerPoint
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
Experience administering Workday processes (e.g. delegating and reassigning tasks, launching process such as employee reviews)
Experience in building, modifying or updating Workday reports
