Job Description
- Support the Sales Executives with relevant sales tasks including follow up on ongoing and new business with customers
- Sharing bi-weekly Allocation/CA utilization report to sales execution to take it up with the customers
- Customer’s RA Maintenance. Ensure all agreed terms and conditions are properly filed in the customer’s contract.
- Handling customers RFQs
- Engage in TM discussions where relevant (e.g., tender guidance and negotiations, special commodity market rates, etc.)
- Monitor quotation and customer performance including tenders and follow up with customers where required
