Job Description
- Develop and implement primary goals, short and long-term objectives as well as operating plans with reference to Company’s overall approved strategy.
- Approve Company’s Division’s overall budget, ensure that adequate provisions are made for all activities, monitor and control expenditure against approved budget and reconcile budget variances to affirm on-target performance against budgets.
- Monitor all operational activities closely to ensure that these activities are conducted in line with the laws, regulations, owners’ best interest, sound business practice and in accordance with the adopted governance, policies and procedures.
