Area Manager

We and #x27;re looking for an Area Manager for one of our clients that is one of the leaders in fast fashion retail in Europe.

Description :

• Managing the stores in Budapest,
• Responsibility for achieving the sales targets,
• Taking care of improvements and effective functioning of each store,
• Controlling budget,
• Coordinating new openings,
• Developing employees, including trainings and amp; coaching,
• Conducting regular market analysis,
• Building positive image on the market.

Requirements :

• At least 2 years of experience as an Area Manager in fashion industry,
• Experience in active customer service approach, with proven sales successes,
• Higher education,
• Fluent English,
• Good leadership skills,
• Readiness for mobile work,
• Driving license,
• Familiarity with Hungarian labor law,
• High target-orientation and effectiveness,
• Initiative and independence,
• Ability to analyse key sales indicators and implementing proper actions,
• High awareness of customer service standards.
