• Helping the company to promote high morale and communicate the company s operating policies, customer issues and safety measures
  
• Developing, training and enforcing operations policies
  
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
  
• Ensuring lines start on time
  
• Holding opening meetings with production and packing managers
  
• Communicating effectively with all colleagues on a day-to-day basis to achieve results
  
• Providing cover for production/packing managers as and when required
  
• Tracking KPIs
  
• Monitoring quality control group
  
• Carrying out internal audits
  
• Carrying out site visits
  
• Preparing reports
  
• Sharing knowledge, skills and experiences with others allowing colleagues to look for new ways of working to drive continuous improvement within the business
  
• Facilitating and enabling an environment of collaboration and championing others ideas by listening and removing barriers where necessary
  

• An experienced people manager with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
