Job Description

Employee Experience Product Owner

What impact will you have in this role
Do you want to help our client with their digital HR initiative, to improve the employee experience leveraging innovative technology and solutions? We are looking for an individual to help us reimagine the employee experience (from onboarding to benefits to expenses and beyond), and bring in new digital technologies like AI, ML, bots, cloud, to customize their HR interaction. The Employee Experience Product Owner will define requirements, workflows, processes and role-based Personas to improve the Employee HR Experience.

What will you be doing day-to-day?
  • Collaborate with global technology and business teams to define processes and workflows
  • Understand company needs to define system specifications, design and develop technology solutions
  • Understand business function and processes for HR, and take business needs and design comprehensive and innovative solutions
  • Build links between HR, IT and the Business
  • Create business cases to justify the investment / budget requests to support technology innovation and delivery
  • Prepare and deliver technical workshops and engaging with business Stakeholders in requirements gathering and business mapping

What skills are required to be successful in this role?
  • Business process knowledge or functional experience within the one or more key areas in HR (onboarding, benefits, performance management, etc)
  • Excellent Communication skills with good attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, incorporate innovations, and stay up to date with industry and business directions.
  • Team player with demonstrable ownership of issues and ability to escalate when necessary
  • Ability to operate successfully in a multi-tasked environment, with periods of pressure
  • Flexibility supporting new technologies and showing willingness to learn
  • Proactive in seeking information, challenging norms, and driving efficiency.
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively assess and resolve issues and problems with a high level of internal drive and professional accountability.
