Assistant Toddler Teacher

We’re looking for an Assistant Teacher in our 2 year old room to join our team of creative, caring, dedicated professionals. You will be responsible for instructing children in activities designed to promote social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

***45 hours of DCF mandated training, CPR, First Aid

High school diploma or equivalent required

Child Development Associate or equivalent preferred.

Associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education, teaching, or related field is a plus

1+ years of experience working with young children

Must meet all state licensure requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional Details:
2-year-old teacher Assistant

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

Qualifications: CDA or equivalent, 45 hours of DCF training preferred

Pay Scale: $14.00 to $16.00/hour plus 9% attendance bonus

Our attendance bonus is an additional 9% added to the hourly pay rate if the employee doesn't come in late or call out during the pay period.

This bonus resets each pay period.
