Job Description

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Design and implement best-in-class talent acquisition practices to ensure an adequate talent pipeline in the Group.
  • Support and guide Business Leaders to hire mid and junior-level staff.
  • Lead the Onboarding and Induction function and ensure hired talent has a great experience
  • Maintain, analyze and update metrics related to Talent Acquisition.
  • Build relationships and maintain connect with business managers to ensure proper stakeholder expectations
  • Implement competency based interviewing to align with the overall competency-based organization is developed
  • Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication) in an MIS

KRAs

  • Develop end-to-end recruitment strategies and set expectations around processes and timelines
  • Enhances multiple recruitment-related relationships with hiring managers/team leads, internal and external candidates, vendors, campuses, and other external sources in conducting recruiting activities.
  • Effectively using the personal network, job portals, and employee referrals to close the position.
  • Manage all coordination for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Ensures all candidate data is entered into the recruitment system in accordance with the policy.
  • Enable the closure process: salary negotiation, resignation, notice period management
  • Partners with cross-disciplinary teams to develop companywide hiring plans that include volume, skill sets, and geography.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with managers and department leaders to understand position needs and act as an ongoing candidate relationship manager.
  • Provide value-added recruiting-related advice to influence talent decisions for managers and department leaders
