Job Description
Skillsets:
Installing and maintaining operating environments (Win/Linux)
Installation & maintenance of hardware devices (PC/Laptop/Printers etc.)& networking components
Trouble shooting & problem solving for hardware / software /accessories installed in office location
Configuration/implementation of LAN/WAN /Broadband topologies & Routers/switches.
Firewall /CCTV experience will be preferable
Monitoring of IT resources & tools
Responding effectively and speedily to any problems.
Providing training and support.
Ensuring operating environments stay safe and secure.
Updating any software and hardware where necessary.
Documenting all reported malfunctions and actions taken in response.
Requirements
Requirements:
Excellent communication & IT skills
Graduate; Preferably B.Tech/BCA/MCA/certification in networking -firewall
Open to travel - Local
Team handling experience is an added advantage.
Requirement: Bachelor s degree in business, accounting, IT, or a related field Preferably from publication, Ed-tech or similar industries. Business process modelling training certification preferred Proficiency is MS Office Microsoft Vision and Access skills will be a bonus Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Good communication skills Leadership skills Problem-solving and analytical skills Soft skills: Leadership Communication Problem-solving Technical understanding Business operations Client management Multitasking Teamwork
