Research and Development Manager

Will act as both Scrum Master and Project Owner on the agile/scrum development process.

Responsible for conveying the vision of the stakeholders (upper management, CIS team, DevOps Team, other departments involved in the projects), and to the development team.

Have the authority to alter the scope of the project if necessary to comply with the agile process.

Enforces scrum ceremonies and processes.

The ones who commit to goals and deadlines on behalf of the team.

Communicate with the stakeholders about progress and problems.

Together with the Junior Architect, responsible for stand-up meeting for all Senior Developers

Requirements

EDUCATION :

Bachelors degree with a major in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field with Software Development. .

EXPERIENCE :

More than 5 years of relevant experience in Software Development.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:

Proficient in Software Development Life Cycle, Proficient at Database Administration (Relational and NoSQL), Strong

Leadership Skills, Always updated to current trends in software development, Have a good understanding of cloud

computing (i.e. AWS and Oracle Cloud) and, Strategic thinker and good problem solver.

BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING:

Keep abreast of technology trends, competitors activities, and related regulations
