Service Technician - Microbulk Operation

A leadingIndustrial Gas supplierin Alberta Edmontonis seeking aService Technician for micro-bulk gas applications.

The service technician handles the installation and maintenance of bulk gas supply systems, CO2 and Nitrogen storage vesselsat on-site locations across northern Alberta.

Experience working with atmospheric/cryogenic gases and related equipment, also knowledge of beverage and fountain systems combined with post-secondary education in any of the related disciplines or Journeyman status in Electrical, Instrumentation, Refrigeration, Plumbing lines are all definite assets.

• Ability to work with pressure vessels and piping installation knowledge ofcryogenic technologies, and calibrate equipment
  
• Able to perform pipe and gas fitting, installation and set up of pipes, and repair
  
• Complete reports, read mechanical and electrical schematics
  
• Troubleshoot electronic and computer operated controls, troubleshoot rental equipment and inventory of parts
  
• Able to manage contractor relationships and coordinate project objectives
  
• Strong computer literacy and analytical skills
  
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions of a technical nature and prepare technical reports
  
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
  
• Follow safety instructions and reduce risks related to daily work routine
  
• Represent the company to external stakeholders in a professional manner
