First Direct is looking for a Digital Paid Media Specialist.

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will get to do more than just manage online advertisements. You will be responsible for ensuring paid media projects are successfully planned and executed while contributing to the growth of the company via paid media strategies. Performance Objectives

Ability to distill data and metrics into actionable insights that support clear recommendations

Immaculate attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to seamlessly juggle many projects, always meeting deadlines, and exceeding client and team expectations. And yes, we ll want to hear some examples.

Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch

Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization and with clients

Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders

Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs

Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media

Oversee and manage overall paid media budget

Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting

Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies

Define metrics and analyze program success, track and forecast utilization growth and engagement

Utilize CRM to create effective customer service and retention strategies for marketing programs

Oversee the preparation, interpretation and presentation of relevant analytic findings to key stakeholders

Perform beta tests on new initiatives to validate performance and establish standard operating procedures prior to company-wide roll out

Understand current and emerging trends in digital marketing, mobile marketing, and automation and make recommendations on key investments and innovations necessary within paid media to maintain a competitive advantage


Requirements

Key Competencies

Minimum 2+ years of experience managing AdWords, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn campaigns

Current Google AdWords Certification

Strong paid media strategy or planning experience with business vision and ability to link marketing strategy and results to business and financial goals

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities

Strong facilitation, conflict resolution and negotiation skills

Strong leadership skills, values collaboration and an inclusive work environment

Excellent interpersonal skills and able to quickly build effective working relationships with diverse customers, colleagues and vendors

Understanding of digital, traditional, social media and strategic marketing opportunities

Highly proficient with computers, Mac, Office 365, Google G Suite, Hubspot and various marketing related technologies

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer



PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Videographer to determine production vision. Edit video footage using modern editing programs Adobe CC (Premier Pro and After Effects) Creating editing content for digital across many different platforms Archive footage in a highly organized manner Inserting intentional dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects to enhance the story. Creating content that drives results. Exporting and proofing final cuts for broadcasting. Edit photos in line with brand guidelines Assist in using a studio space for live calls and other video content KEY COMPETENCIES Proven work experience as an editor Ability to work fast under tight deadlines Expert in motion graphics and storytelling Detail oriented and keeps record of all footage and photos Proficient in Office365, Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Project Management Applications Self-motivated and resourceful; wants to take initiative, sees a need and creates a solution Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and ability to enthusiastically communicate with various functions at multiple levels in the organization both in-person and in writing EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Demonstrated success content creation and project oversight (3+ years) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
