Basic requirement
The SAS Service desk is in charge of a number of applications and jobs for which we have an SLA with different departments and users. You will be working in the Service desk team and you will also work closely with teams focusses on phasing out SAS applications. You will help them do analyses on existing SAS code and functionalities, turn off SAS jobs, update the documentation when jobs are stopped etc. As we deliver 24/7 support on SAS applications, you will be part of the 24/7 support team. Only when time allows, we also assist teams with enhancements and changes to existing SAS applications.
