• Manage all project related activities, ensure optimum utilization of resources and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately
• Communicate weekly progress / status of projects to upper management, business units and all relevant stakeholders
• Facilitate customer steering committee & drive project meetings, track financials, provide status updates, identify risks/issues and work out mitigation plans/remediation strategies
• Accountable for the successful completion of project team deliverables on time, within budget, and according to agreed specifications
• Manage large IT/Teleocm projects consisting of team members that span across multiple technical domains including but not limited to network, security, systems, cloud and datacenter applications
• Works closely with our customers at all levels in their organization
• Develop & finalize integrated project plans, implementation schedules with internal & customer teams
• Identify and secure resources necessary to execute the Project
