Program / Project Manager ( Fast scaling and exciting Brand )

Hiring a Program / Project Manager for likely the fastest scaling CPGbrand in the nation. Launched in 2022, will finish first full year north of $20M in annual revenue and targeting $100M+ in 2023 with a clear path to get there. DTC focused with recent launch into major retailers, this company is highly technical and has some robust platforms implemented.

This person will report to the VP of Strategy and will handle some key initiatives through expansive growth!

Role Overview:
The Program Manager will play a critical role in managing our most important programs and bringing complex projects to life. The right person for this role will be a highly-motivated and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for project management along with a proven background of professional success, capable of both hands-on individual contribution and strong leadership in a highly dynamic, start-up environment. This is a highly visible role that will require both excellent organizational and communication skills in order to successfully navigate the organization and key stakeholders while managing multiple projects across our retail and direct-to-consumer channels. The ability to prioritize projects, manage uncertainty and quickly adapt processes to optimize for growth & speed is essential as plans and requirements will continually change. Expect the unexpected!

Requirements:

Build the project management infrastructure that helps us achieve a portfolio management view
Develop the project management discipline and anticipate and modify processes for different life cycles of the business
Maintain company project roadmap and project prioritization
Meet with various stakeholders to initiate projects and define project purpose, scope and desired results to meet strategic objectives of the org
Drive clarity, momentum and decision making as you work towards alignment across an executive leadership team distributed across the U.S.
Responsible for day-to-day management, meetings, planning and project execution across various functions, including product development, physical and digital product launches, new market expansion and other marketing initiatives
Set and manage project timelines and milestones to ensure project goals, tasks and milestones are met within budget and deadlines
Conduct ongoing risk assessments taking into consideration resource and investment requirements in an ever-changing environment
Manage project handover and closure to ensure a smooth transition that supports sustainable growth, value creation and benefit realization
Assistance in research and identification of internal project management tools and technologies to drive efficiencies across the business

What You'll Need:

A well-developed technical project management skill set to run large scale programs balanced with a talent for prioritizing value creation and implementation speed over processes and planning
Expertise in handling multiple projects simultaneously and maintain focus with the flexibility to employ agile methodologies in a fast-paced startup environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-start mentality
A leader and a team player: ability to work and make decisions autonomously with appropriate levels of collaboration and engagement with the team
Problem-solver and question-asker seeking innovative and creative solutions
Comfortable with a workday and schedule that isn t always highly structured or predictable this is not a punch in, punch out role
Strong sense of urgency and time management
Incredibly organized and detail-oriented with ability to maintain structure across internal and external teams
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, etc.
4+ years running end-to-end project management at a high-growth startup or agency working with branded consumer packaged goods
Willingness to travel up to 30% to visit the San Diego and Greenville offices
