Launched in 2022, will finish first full year north of $20M in annual revenue and targeting $100M+ in 2023 with a clear path to get there. DTC focused with recent launch into major retailers, this company is highly technical and has some robust platforms implemented.
This person will be the right hand to the VP, Customer Experience and will handle the technical focused initiatives including:
Point of contact that will relay information from the customer to the develoment teams regarding technical support initiatives; SMS, we also utilize a robust bot system, API's, SDK's, and several integrations. In the near future we are building a loyalty program that is highly complex with many technical inititiatives.
Tech support - elevate voice of customer - communicate with devs to implement
This person is a strategic thinker that finds solutions
Experience withinCPG, DTC and retail highly preferred
Position is in Chicago - Would be great if you could come in 1 - 2 days a week (flexible however ideal. Before you say No - I'm only seeking remote, let's chat).
$90 - $100k base + equity ( very fast scaling )
Hybrid - would prefer someone willing to come into office from time to time.
