Job Description
We are a leading aircraft manufacturing company that partners with top names in the public and private sector. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Finance Manager with fabrication experience to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate & analyze budget, forecast, and reconciliation data
- Lead business insights to improve development and KPI reporting
- Oversee team decision making for desired financial goals
- Partner with company leaders to deliver monthly performance dialogues
- Manage a small team of individual contributors
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of finance experience
- 2-4+ years of leadership experience
- Experience in Fabrication, Tooling, orFacilities
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Ability to acquire government clearance
- Experience with SAP is a plus
