Main Purpose:

We are looking for a results-oriented ERP Admin to successfully integrate our ERP software Zoho One. You will be collaborating with senior managers to determine which business processes need optimization, enhancing the performance of our IT systems, and deploying and implementing suitable Zoho One solutions with other Applications.

To ensure success as an ERP Admin, you should exhibit extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and the ability to resolve integration issues. An outstanding ERP Admin will be someone whose expertise translates into streamlined business processes and highly efficient Business resources management.

Responsibilities:

Analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies and workflow problems and recommending solutions

Working with management to design new systems or make changes to existing systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Training users on how to use the new system once it has been implemented

Maintain and developing new applications to meet the company s changing needs

Creating reports based on data compiled from the system and presenting them to management

Supporting the implementation of software by working with other departments to ensure that data is transferred correctly

Providing support to users by answering questions about how to use the system and troubleshooting issues that arise

Monitoring system performance to identify areas for improvement or problem spots that may require further investigation

Work with the Finance manager to ensure effective use of the ERP system and Control authorities matrix and Roles

Direct communication with ERP supplier to maintain the users required and service provided.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, or similar preferred.

Certification in SaaS ERP business process integration is a Plus.

At least 2 years experience as an ERP specialist in a related industry.

A background in business administration, project management, or a related field will be advantageous.

In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes.

Great organizational and time management skills.

Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
