Provide guidance to the team on how the company's products should be stored, handled and maintained.
Support the development of the business by analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions.
Lead the departments of Warehouse, Delivery, Installation, Maintenance, and Customer Service.
Establish, measure, monitor and adjust the level of efficiency of the logistics movements; enabling to quickly locate the materials/products for distribution or placement within the warehouse.
Lead the After-Sales function for the organization with the best practices. Act as a strategic service partner to all segments by ensuring availability of products within agreeable parameters of cost, quality and time.
Monitor the flow of materials and products that enter and leave the company's inventory or distribution areas.
Coordinate with product development department to follow-up with the supplier based on the estimated time of departure (ETD) and estimated time of arrival (ETA).
