On behalf of one of its clients, The French Chamber of Commerce is looking for an Administrative and Sales Support Executive to carry out all the administrative tasks necessary for the smooth running of the company.
Main responsibilities :
Accounting: Process company receipts, sales and purchases invoices, and payments from customers and suppliers / Reconcile bank statements / Prepare balance sheets and profit and loss statement
Sales Administration: Processing of customers and suppliers order, Delivery of Parts management, Customer invoicing, Purchasing Order to our supplier
Human Resources: Process employee wages and expense claims
Administrative duties: Travels arrangement and office management
Requirements
Bachelor or Higher Education Diploma in Company administration and/or Sales administration
Proven and successful experience in a similar environment, small business company for at least 5 years.
Fluent in English, and French fluency will be highly appreciated to liaise with the head quarter based in France
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software (Quickbooks) and ERP software
- Experience in Business Development Representative - Sales background in hospitality tech - Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls), reporting and managing budgets - Track record of achieving sales quotas - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Outstanding communication and presentation skills
